Intellecual Freedom

Alberta Bible College’s Learning Resource Centre supports the practice of intellectual freedom. This is understood as the freedom to pursue truth. Along with this comes the practice of social responsibility. This is understood as being responsible to the community in which we find ourselves. As a result of these ideals, the Learning Resource Centre carries some materials which do not necessarily support the theological or moral views of Alberta Bible College. In order for students to be able to truly pursue truth, they will need to see various sides of the issues. This will be discussed in the classroom to provide wisdom for discernment. If anyone has a concern about a particular item in the collection, concerns may be taken to the Learning Resource Coordinator by means of a Request for Reconsideration Form.

If you have any questions regarding our Learning Resource Centre, call 403.282.2994 ext. 234 or email library@abccampus.ca.
