ABC: How did ABC help you to be better equipped to teach in your church?

Norman: The biblical courses enhanced my knowledge when it comes to properly interpreting the scriptures, which helps a lot whenever I share and lead Bible studies in our church.

One class that stands out as really benefiting me is Contemporary Thought. Every time I tell my Christian friends about ABC I always mention to them about this course. This course transformed me into someone who thinks critically about the world around us, and the narrative that we are in. The different worldviews is a must for everyone to know.

Another class that has been very helpful is Spiritual Formation. This class had a deep and lasting impact on my life. I think every minister should take this course. The spiritual disciplines I learned in this class are the things that became an important part of my life and I make sure to share them with others.

ABC: What aspect of studying at ABC stands out to you the most?

Norman: The main highlight is genuine connections and relationships that I developed with the professors. I could talk to any faculty about anything in my  life —not just academics or theology. The faculty were more than willing to have daily conversations to guide me and other students. I considered them as my long-time mentors whenever I need some insights on a given situation.

ABC: Last question: would you recommend the people invest their time and finances in ABC?

Norman: ABC is absolutely worth investing in. And I definitely recommend ABC to future students.
